If the competition does not sell out, the draw will still take place and your odds of winning will be increased. The draw will still take place on the advertised date on the entry page. All tickets sold will be classed as valid and we will generate a random number until we have a winner.

The draw for the competition will be the same day as the draw ends.

We send out Emails and SMS as apart of our service. We use these forms of communication as a way to keep out customers in the know, and make sure they don’t miss out on opportunities to enter before the competition cut off period.

The draw itself will be available to view on our social media channels via a live stream. A Random number generator will be used to pick the winning ticket. Winners will then be contacted, and a record of the winner of each prize placed on the website. 

Entering our competitions is easy. You just need to register/log in to your account, then follow the next 3 easy steps.

The competition is open to all residents in the UK and Ireland, aged 18 years or over. We would not suggest entering our competitions from outside of the UK without first checking they fall into compliance with your nations laws, as they may vary.

Your prize will either be sent directly from us, hand delivered, or in some circumstances be sent directly from a selected retailer. 

All winners will be contacted after the live draw using the registered email or mobile number on their account. If we are unable to reach you within 28 days we reserve the right to award that Prize in a different promotion. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

Once payment has been completed. Yes, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your ticket numbers. 

Unfortunately if you get the question wrong, you will not be entered into the draw so you will not have the opportunity to win the prize.
